Chef Kathy Fang on San Francisco’s Culinary Culture

I spoke with Chef Kathy Fang shares her philosophy behind FANG Restaurant and what it’s like to live and grow up in San Francisco. She also reveals her storied past with House of Nanking and the choices she’s made to become a better chef.
